Syria battles terrorists
In Syria, dozens of terrorists have been killed during joint Syria-Russia airstrikes in Idlib and Hama. The Syrian Defense Ministry says at least 5 terrorist gatherings and a number of military equipment have been hit in Aleppo since this morning as well as in Idlib and Hama. The attacks led to the death of 200 terrorists including the leader of the Al-Nusra Front, Amir Al-Masri. Meanwhile, the Syrian air defense systems have intercepted several hostile drones over the sky of Hama. Fierce clashes still continue in the northeastern countryside of Hama. 5 Syrian citizens have been killed and 3 injured in clashes there. Aleppo is under the control of takfiri terrorists.
Iran Syria support
The Iranian president has spoken to regional leaders about the recent resurgence of terrorists in Syria. In a phone call with the Syrian President, Masoud Pezeshkian expressed confidence Damascus would once again foil Israeli plots against Syrian security and stability. Pezeshkian vowed that Iran would continue to stand by the Syrian government and nation. Assad, in turn, hailed Iran’s long-standing support and said the main goal of the US-Israeli plot is to partition Syria. In another phone call, Pezeshkian and Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed unconditional support for the Syrian government to restore constitutional order and territorial sovereignty. They also stressed the importance of coordinating with Turkey. Pezeshkian also got on the phone with the Qatari Emir and stressed that the spread of terrorism in the region serves no one's interests, hence all should join hands to counter the scourge. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, for his part, called for preserving Syria’s territorial integrity and stressed a political solution to the crisis.
Gaza ethnic cleansing casualties
More death and destruction in Gaza as the Israeli military presses ahead with its attacks across the blockaded territory. According to Gaza’s health ministry, 37 Palestinians were killed and 108 others injured in 24 hours. The Israeli military struck a residential building in Beit Lahiya causing a huge fire and a number of casualties. Also, the IOF's intense aggression on northern Gaza rages for the sixtieth day. Meanwhile, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has described Gaza’s situation as appalling and apocalyptic. Gutteres warned the conditions faced by Palestinians in the strip may amount to the “gravest international crimes”. The genocidal war on Gaza launched in October last year has killed more than 44,400 Palestinians and wounded over 105,000 others.
