Hezbollah retaliatory operations 

Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement has carried out fresh retaliatory attacks on the Israeli regime’s military positions and settlements in northern occupied Palestinian territories.The movement said it fired a barrage of Fadi-2 missiles toward the regime’s military base of “Naqoura”. Hezbollah also struck the settlement of “Kfar Giladi” with a Nour missile. Several other Israeli settlements were also targeted by the movement's rocket attacks, while the occupied city of Safed was struck again by a barrage of rockets. Hezbollah also struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the “Zaoura” artillery position with rockets. The movement said the attacks were in response to brutal Israeli violations against Lebanese towns, villages and civilians. It added that the retaliatory operations were also carried out in support of Palestinians in Gaza and their resistance. 

US-Israeli genocide in Gaza 

More Palestinians fall victim to relentless Israeli airstrikes in Gaza, as the regime’s nearly one-year-long genocidal war continues unabated. According to medical sources, 13 civilians, including children, were killed and dozens were injured when airstrikes hit two houses in the Nuseirat camp. Four Palestinians were also killed and several others injured during an airstrike that targeted a residential building in the old town of Gaza City. Six civilians were also killed and several others wounded after Israeli bombing of a school sheltering displaced people in the Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, UNRWA, has described the health and living conditions in the Gaza Strip as inhumane amidst ongoing Israeli aggression. According to UNRWA, Palestinians are forced to live near mountains of piled-up garbage and leaking sewage water, putting them at risk of diseases. The regime’s ongoing genocidal war has claimed nearly 41,615 Palestinian lives since last October, with over 96,000 wounded. 

Israeli aggression against Syria 

The Israeli regime has conducted a series of deadly airstrikes on the Syrian capital of Damascus. During the initial attack, an Israeli aircraft launched several missiles from the occupied Golan Heights, targeting locations southwest of Damascus. Syrian air defenses successfully intercepted many of these missiles. According to the Syrian military, the aggression led to the martyrdom of three civilians, the injury of nine others, and significant damage to private property.. Syrian television said one of its anchors was killed in the attacks. Subsequently, another wave of attacks was aimed at the suburbs of Damascus which was intercepted by air defenses. Syria has consistently urged the UN Security Council to take action against these assaults, which it views as clear violations of its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
