Gaza carnage unabated

Israel’s non-stop strikes claim more and more innocent lives in the besieged Gaza Strip. At least 75 Palestinians have been killed and more than 190 injured in separate attacks across the besieged enclave in the past day. 45 Palestinians were killed in assaults on the southern city of Khan Yunis, just minutes after the regime issued an evacuation order for civilians in the area, effectively giving them no chance to flee. The bombing of a house in the central Gaza city of Deir al-Balah has also killed two family members and injured a number of others. Meanwhile, the Israeli regime continues targeting journalists who are covering its genocide. The Gaza Media Office says the regime forces have murdered another journo, bringing the total number of those exposing Israeli crimes since the Gaza war to 163. Some 39,000 Palestinians have been killed and nearly 90,000 wounded so far.

Resistance resilient

The military wing of the Hamas resistance movement has conducted more attacks on Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. The Qassam Brigades says its forces targeted a group of Israeli forces in the West Bank city of Tulkarm causing multiple casualties among regime forces. Furthermore, resistance fighters launched mortar strikes on IOF troops in the Al-Bureij camp in central Gaza. Resistance fighters also destroyed an Israeli bulldozer and a tank in Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah. The Israeli military says more than 680 of its soldiers have been killed since the regime launched the invasion of Gaza in early October last year. Resistance groups, however, say the real number is much higher.

Israel hits UNRWA convoy

The United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees, UNRWA, says the Israeli army has again opened fire on a UN convoy en route to Gaza City. UNRWA’s Commissioner General Philippe Lazzarini wrote on X that Israeli troops fired heavily at teams in clearly marked UN armored cars and wearing UN vests. No UN staff were harmed, but a vehicle was hit by five bullets near the IOF checkpoint south of Wadi Gaza. Lazzarini emphasized that the convoy, like previous UN convoys, was moving with the coordination and approval of the Israeli regime. Since October 7th, Israeli forces have struck aid convoys and premises in Gaza at least eight times. Nearly 200 UNRWA staff members have been killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip.
