Warning to Israel
The Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps has issued a stern warning to Israel, saying any threats to Iran’s sovereignty and territorial integrity will not go unanswered. Major Genral Hossein Salami emphasized that the True Promise operation was merely a warning and represented only a fraction of Iran’s military capabilities. Salami was addressing people in the Iranian city of Isfahan at the funeral ceremony of major general Abbas Nilforoushan. The late commander, along with Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, was assassinated in an Israeli airstrike on southern Beirut last month.
US-Israeli Gaza genocide
Thursday has been another deadly day for Palestinians in Gaza where fresh Israeli strikes continue to pound the blockaded territory. At least 28 people were killed and dozens injured after Israeli warplanes targeted the Abu Hussein School, housing displaced Palestinians in Jabalia refugee camp, northern Gaza. Nine civilians, including children, were killed in an airstrike on a residential building in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp, central Gaza. An Israeli attack on a Palestinian home in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza city also left several fatalities. The Israeli aggression which began in October last year, has so far killed more than 42,400 people and injured over 99,000 others. Lack of food, medicine and other basic necessities are also taking their toll on the Gaza population.
Yemen's anti-Israel operations
The Leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement says the Arab country will continue its operations in support of the Palestinian and Lebanese people. Al-houthi said Israel’s expansionist goals pose a great danger to the entire region. He said the regime is carrying out indiscriminate attacks on the civilian population as it fails on the ground to defeat the resistance fighters. He added the regime has a tight censorship on its high casualties as part of its psychological warfare. The Yemeni leader slammed the US as a full partner in all the crimes the regime is committing. He added that without Washington’s all-out support Israel would not have been able to continue its massacres for over a year.
