IRGC to unveil 2 new underground missile, floating cities

The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) says it will unveil two new underground missile and floating cities along the coasts of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman that accommodate a broad range of cruise and ballistic missiles.

Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, who is also the head of the IRGC’s Public Relations Department, made the announcement on Monday.

He said the military facilities would be inaugurated in a ceremony during the large-scale and specialized Payambar-e-Azam (The Great Prophet) 19 war game, which kicked off in the western regions of Iran on Saturday. IRGC Commander Major General Hossein Salami was in attendance.

He said the Zionist enemy is well aware of the fact that the skies over the occupied territories are wide open to the Iranian Armed Forces, and the forces can strike Israeli assets with more precision, swiftness, and destructive power.

Naeini further said the IRGC is prepared for large and complex battles on any scale and is ready for the moment the order is issued to operate against the Zionist entity.

"The power and production of weapons and missiles in quantity, skills, and design have increased day by day, and we have acquired new capabilities."

"The Iranian nation should know that the enemy has never had the upper hand in any battle."

"We have never suffered an intelligence defeat from the enemy. The enemy constantly creates narratives to compensate for the intelligence and military defeats suffered at the hands of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” the IRGC spokesman said.

He said new developments in West Asia led to false enthusiasm and misconception within the Israeli regime.

"We tell the enemies that we are always ready and capable of taking action at any moment."

"We will not be hesitant and undecided. Once the order is made, we will demonstrate our prowess as in the past and we will change the perceptions and calculations of the delusional enemy once again,” the IRGC spokesman stated.

“Iran has not stopped producing missiles for a single day, and the country's defense systems are fully operational and have been upgraded in many cases.”

The IRGC spokesman said sophisticated anti-air missile systems are incapable of defending themselves against Yemeni missiles and drones. “The message of the IRGC's defensive and offensive exercises will be received by the enemy within the next few days and weeks.”

Naeini said the Zionist enemy is suffering from illusions and miscalculations, stressing that Operations True Promise I and II, which targeted the Israeli-occupied Palestinian territories, proved that the skies of the Zionist regime are open to the Islamic Republic of Iran, contrary to media allegations about their imperviousness.

He underscored that the Islamic Republic of Iran, based on its defense doctrine, will not initiate any war in the region.

The IRGC spokesman stated that Iranian forces are capable of supporting the great resistance front in striking at the foundations of the Zionist regime.

“The enemy's military threats have increased the convergence of society and made the Armed Forces more cohesive. The IRGC is moving towards consolidating its combined power infrastructure to develop the foundations of national security and authority,” Naeini said.
