US troop deal under fire in South Korea

Many South Koreans oppose the US-South Korea agreement on Seoul's payment for the deployment of American troops.
At a press conference outside the National Assembly, lawmakers and activists sought to block the ratification of the deal.
They argue US President-elect Donald Trump's threat to increase the payment almost tenfold- to 10 billion dollars- is an excuse to try to fast track the law through committees this week.
