Aug 26: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 40,400 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Monday, August 26, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on Aug 26:

  • Targeted Israeli military sites in the settlements of "Kissufim", "Nirim" and "Ein HaTel" with a number of 114mm Rajoom rockets.
  • Executed a well-planned ambush that targeted an Israeli force fortified in one of the houses in the Al-Qarara area, northeast of Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, with a TBG anti-fortification shell and anti-personnel shell. 

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on Aug 26:

  • Targeted a position of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles east of the central governorate with a number of mortar shells.

Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades' operations on Aug 26:

  • Targeted Israeli military forces east of Deir Al-Balah city and Al-Masdar village with 60 mm mortar shells and 107 mm rockets. 
  • Targeted Israeli military gatherings east of Deir Al-Balah city and Al-Masdar village with 60mm mortar shells and a rocket salvo. 

Hezbollah's operations on Aug 26:

  • Targeted surveillance equipment at the “Ramia” site with an attack drone. 
  • Launched an aerial attack with a swarm of attack drones on the newly established headquarters of the 146th Division in the “Shraga” barracks, targeting the positions of its officers and soldiers. 
  • Launched an aerial attack with a swarm of attack drones on the newly established headquarters of the 91st Division in “Ayelet HaShahar,” targeting the positions of its officers and soldiers.
