Aug 25: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 40,400 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Sunday, August 25, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on Aug 25:

• Targeted Tel Aviv with a Maqadma M90 rocket.
• In a well-planned ambush in the southern area of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City, detonated a pre-prepared minefield targeting an Israeli armored force.
• Sniped an Israeli soldier in the vicinity of the University College south of Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City.

 Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades’ operations on Aug 25:

• In a joint operation with the Martyr Abdulqader Al-Husseini Brigades, targeted the "Zikim" military base with heavy mortar shells.
• In a joint operation with the Mujahideen Brigades, targeted Israeli military gatherings east of Deir Al-Balah, east of Al-Bureij (Al-Maqboula Area), and the “Netzarim” military axis.

 Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades operations’ operations on Aug 25:

• Targeted Israeli soldiers and military vehicles in the "Netzarim" front with heavy mortar shells.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on Aug 25:

• Targeted the Abu Mutibaq military site east of the Al-Maghazi camp with a number of mortar shells.
• Detonated a pre-prepared powerful ground explosive device against a zionist military vehicle penetrating the vicinity of Al-Furqan School in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on Aug 25:

• In a joint operation with the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, targeted a gathering of Israeli forces in the so-called "Netzarim Axis" with a barrage of rockets.
• Targeted Israeli forces stationed at the so-called "Netzarim Axis" with two Haseb-111 rockets.
• In a joint operation with the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, targeted Israeli forces located east of Deir Al-Balah and east of Al-Bureij in the Al-Maqboula area with 107-type rockets.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces’ operations on Aug 25:

• Detonated a powerful explosive device on an Israeli military tank that had penetrated the vicinity of Al-Furqan School east of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southern Gaza City.
• Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles that had penetrated the vicinity of the "Bahloul" building in the Brazil neighborhood in the city of Rafah with mortar shells.

Hezbollah’s operations on Aug 25:

• Targeted Meron base, artillery position in Neveh Ziv, Jaatoun base, artillery positions in Neveh Ziv, Sahel base, Keila barracks, Yoav barracks, Nafah base, Yarden base, Ein Zeitim base, and Ramot Naftali barracks with 340 Katyusha rockets as part of the first phase of Operation Day of Arabeen.
• Ein Shemer air defense base and Glilot military intelligence base were targeted with also targeted with a barrage of drones.
• The surveillance system at the Manara site was also targeted with a drone.
