Aug 21: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed over 40,000 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Tuesday, August 21, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on August 21:

- Targeted an Israeli Merkava tank with an al-Yassin 105 shell east of Dayr al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

- Detonated a pre-rigged explosive device at the entrance of a tunnel, targeting an Israeli military force, west of the "al-Hawuzin" area, north of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades' operations on August 21:

- Targeted Israeli military command and control centers along the "Netzarim" axis, south of Gaza City, with a barrage of 107 mm rockets.

- Engaged in intense clashes with Israeli forces in the Old City of Nablus, occupied West Bank, using machine guns.

Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades' operations on August 21:

- In a joint operation with the Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, targeted the "Kissufim" military site with two 107 mm rockets.

- In a joint operation with the Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, launched a rocket attack on the "Kissufim" military site east of the central Gaza Strip using 107 mm rockets.

Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades' operations on August 21:

- In a joint operation with the Ansar Brigades, targeted Israeli military command and control headquarters in the "Netzarim" area, north of the central governorate, with heavy mortar shells.

- In a joint operation with the al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, launched a rocket barrage at the "Kissufim" military site.

Hezbollah's operations on August 21:

- After monitoring Israeli forces around the "Zarit" barracks, targeted them with a barrage of artillery shells.

- Attacked the logistical base of "Tsnobar" in the occupied Golan Heights with a barrage of Katyusha rockets.

- Targeted the Hadab Yaroun site with a drone strike and artillery shells.

- Launched a drone attack on the northern corps' reserve headquarters and the logistics base of the Galilee Division in "Amiad," targeting command centers and the positions of officers and soldiers.

- After tracking Israeli forces at the Abbasiya site, targeted a Merkava tank with a guided missile.

- Fired a barrage of Katyusha rockets at the "Ramim" barracks, a battalion command post occupied by Golani Brigade forces.

- Targeted Israeli soldiers' positions at the "Misgav Am" site with rockets.

- Shelled the Malikiyah site with artillery.

- Attacked the surveillance equipment at the Birkat Risha site with appropriate weapons.

- Bombarded the "Zarit" barracks with artillery shells.

- Targeted the "Ramot Naftali" barracks with Katyusha rockets.

- Fired rockets at Israeli military's artillery positions in "Zaoura.”
