July 12: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed at least 38,400 Palestinians so far, including around 17,500 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Friday, July 12, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on July 12:

  • Engaged in intense clashes with Israeli military infantry force at point-blank range and detonated an anti-personnel explosive on their reinforcement unit in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, west of Gaza City.
  • Blew up two Israeli military jeeps with a ground explosive and an Al-Yassin 105 shell near Mecca Tower and Al-Amin Mohammed Roundabout in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
  • Blew up two Israeli military Merkava-4 tanks with a missile left by the enemy and a Shuath explosive device near Al-Amin Mohammed Mosque in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, west of Gaza City.
  • Targeted a Merkava tank and two Israeli personnel carriers with two Al-Yassin 105 shells in the Al-Tanour neighborhood and "George" Street, east of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted Israeli forces positioned on the “Netzarim” axis with mortar shells.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on July 12:

  • Targeted the positions of Israeli regime soldiers and military vehicles along the supply line in the “Netzarim” axis with a barrage of mortar shells.
  • Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers positioned at the gate of the Rafah crossing and its vicinity with a barrage of mortar shells.
  • Targeted Israeli military concentrations in the vicinity of the “Kerem Shalom” military site, east of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, with mortar shells and 107mm rockets.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on July 12:

  • In a joint operation with Mujahideen Brigades, sniped an Israeli soldier in Tal Al-Hawa, hitting him directly.
  • Targeted the headquarters of the Israeli military in the "Netzarim" axis south of Gaza City with a number of mortar shells.

 Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on July 12:

  • In a joint operation with Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, sniped an Israeli regime soldier in the Tal Al-Hawa.
  • In a joint operation with Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces, shelled the Israeli military command room in "Nahal Oz" with a rocket barrage.

Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades’ operations on July 12:

  • Targeted the command and control headquarters of the Israeli military in the “Netzarim” axis with two 107mm rockets.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces’ operations on July 12:

  • In a joint operation with the Mujahideen Brigades, bombed the “Nahal Oz” military site east of the Shuja'iyya neighborhood with a short-range rocket barrage.

Martyr Abdulqader Al-Husseini Brigades’ operations on July 12:

  • Targeted the headquarters of the Israeli military on the “Netzarim” axis, south of Gaza City, with a number of 60-caliber mortar shells.

Hezbollah's operations on July 12:

  • Surveillance equipment at a newly established base in Metulla settlement was targeted with guided missiles.
  • Israeli soldiers were targeted in the vicinity of the Hanita site with a barrage of missiles.
  • The headquarters of the 769th Eastern Brigade in Ramim Barracks was targeted with artillery shells.
  • Military building in the Metulla settlement was targeted with appropriate weapons.
  • Military building in the Miskvam settlement was targeted with appropriate weapons.
  • Lebanese Resistance Brigades, (Saraya al-Moukawama, a multi-confessional brigade founded by Hezbollah in the late 1990s), announced the start of its operations. 
  • The Ruwaisat al-Qarn site in Lebanon's occupied Shebaa Farms was targeted with a volley of missiles. 

Yemeni military's operations on July 12:

  • Targeted the ship "Chrysalis" twice in the Red Sea and Bab Al-Mandeb with several drones, as well as appropriate naval and ballistic missiles.
