July 7: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 38,200 Palestinians so far, including around 17,000 children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Sunday, July 7, are as follows:

 Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on July 7:

  • Targeted Israeli military’s armored personnel carrier with Al-Yassin 105 shells in the middle of the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted a Merkava-4 tank in a guerilla action using a Shuath explosive device near the Abdullah bin Omar Mosque, south of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted Israeli military’s Merkava-4 tank with a Yassin 105 shell on Baghdad Street in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on July 7:

  • In a joint operation with the Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, targeted Israeli military gatherings at the "Nahal Oz" military site with a rocket barrage.
  • Targeted Israeli soldiers positioned at the Rafah crossing gate and its surroundings with standard mortar shells.
  • Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli soldiers using appropriate weapons and anti-tank missiles in the incursion areas west of Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles infiltrating the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza, with a barrage of mortar shells.
  • Targeted a convoy of Israeli army vehicles with mortar shells on the axes of advance in Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on July 7:

  • Targeted positions of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles stationed at the Rafah crossing and its surroundings with several regular mortar shells.
  • Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces and their military vehicles with appropriate weapons on the axis of advance west of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
  • Shelled a gathering of Israeli forces and their military vehicles on the supply line in the "Netzarim" axis with a barrage of 107mm rockets and heavy mortar shells.
  • Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces invading Al-Fara’a camp, using machine guns and explosive devices.

Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades’ operations on July 7:

  • In a joint operation with Al-Quds Brigades’, targeted Israeli military gatherings at the "Nahal Oz" military site east of Gaza with a rocket barrage.
  • Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli soldiers using appropriate weapons in the areas of invasion west of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.

Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on July 7:

  • Targeted positions of Israeli soldiers in the so-called “Netzarim axis” with a rocket barrage.

Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades’ operations on July 7:

  • Targeted Israeli forces penetrating the Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, with regular 60mm mortar shells.

Hezbollah’s operations on July 7:

  • Surveillance equipment at the Raheb site was targeted with appropriate weapons.
  • Nimra Base (one of the main bases in the north) west of Tiberias was targeted with dozens of Katyusha rockets.
  • Al-Baghdadi’s site was targeted with a barrage of missiles.
  • The headquarters of the aerial monitoring center at the Meron base in Jabal al-Jarmaq was targeted with dozens of Katyusha rockets.
  • Israeli soldiers at the Birkat Risha site were targeted with guided missiles.
  • Bayad Blida site was targeted with a volley of missiles.
  • The newly established 91st Division site of the Israeli military in the Ayelet base was targeted with dozens of Katyusha rockets.
  • Military sites in Liman Basaliya were targeted with Katyusha rockets.
  • Reconnaissance operations base in Mount Hermon in the occupied Syrian Golan were targeted with drones — for the first time.
