The military wing of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has launched a fresh round of strikes against the Israeli-occupied territories, targeting Tel Aviv and its suburbs in retaliation for the regime’s genocidal war on the besieged Gaza Strip.
The al-Qassam Brigades bombed Tel Aviv and its suburbs on Monday with a barrage of missiles “in response to the Zionist massacres against civilians.”
Palestinian media reports said the missile attack, which took place on the 94th day of Israel’s brutal aggression on Gaza, sounded the sirens in Tel Aviv and about 30 cities and towns south of it.

In a similar attack on the first day of the new year, Hamas’s military wing struck Tel Aviv and its suburbs with a barrage of missiles and destroyed scores of Israeli military vehicles and killed over a dozen of the regime's forces.
Abu Obaida, the spokesman for the al-Qassam Brigades, said at the time that the Palestinian fighters also targeted an Israeli helicopter in the skies over the Gaza Strip.
Israel launched the war on Gaza on October 7 after Hamas-led Palestinian resistance groups waged the surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the occupying entity in response to the Israeli regime’s decades-long campaign of bloodletting and devastation against Palestinians.
Since the start of the offensive, the Tel Aviv regime has killed at least 23,000 Palestinians and injured nearly 59,000 others.
Thousands more are also missing and presumed dead under the rubble in Gaza, which is under “complete siege” by Israel.
