Tonights Spotlight on Press TV discussed Tuesdays visit to Tehran by Iraqi prime minister Mohammed al-Sudani and his meetings with President Ebrahim Raisi and leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei as well as the trips implications for Irans war on terrorism and espionage activities against Tehran.
The guests were Mohammad Ali Araki, political analyst from London, and Don Debar, commentator and activist from New York.
Araki said Iran gave the Iraqi Kurdistan region a chance to stem terror activities against the Islamic Republic in northern Iraq and now Iran does not tolerate those activities anymore.
Debar also said the Iraqi PMs promise to not allow any anti-Iran activity on Iraqs soil is a novelty as the Iraqi Kurdistan has thus far been a theater for such activities against the Islamic Republic.
