The Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah entered war with the Israeli regime after the September 17th pager attacks and the September 27th assassination of Hezbollahs Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. Prior to that, Hezbollah was playing a supportive role and trying to relieve some of the pressure off of the Palestinians in Gaza.
This is according to the Deputy Secretary General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassam, in a televised speech. He said prior to that, Hezbollah engaged in limited attacks against the Israeli regime, but now as the Zionists continue their genocide in Gaza and carnage throughout Lebanon, all the occupied territories are now target for the resistance group.
