Nuclear Proliferation talks fails over US veto

A non proliferation nuclear conference held by the UN for a month and 150 countries have attended the conference, but apparently the United States, Canada and the UK, support nuclear proliferation as the US veto the whole plan because of fear of Israel give up its nukes.
