Lebanon elects new president
He woke this morning as Lebanon Army commander, General Joseph Khalil Aoun. Tonight he goes to sleep as the 14th President of the Lebanese Republic. After more than two years of presidential impasse following the end of former President Michel Aoun's term, the Lebanese Parliament elects Joseph Aoun to lead.
