The Free Palestine International Film Festival in London highlights the Palestinian narrative, which is often sidelined in mainstream Western cinema.

Once again tens of thousands of demonstrators have descended upon London, in the 17th major march for Palestine in London since October last year, to demand the new government end British complicity in the US-Israeli genocide in Gaza.

Palestine Solidarity activists officially launched 'List Gaza', a voice against the genocide, intent on backing pro-Palestinian candidates in the Austrian general elections due to take place on September 29.

In a powerful display of solidarity, activists in Toronto unveiled a giant handcrafted keffiyeh, the second largest in history.

French foreign minister, Stephane Sejourne, was showered with praise for saying that sanctions on Israel could be coming over their refusal to allow humanitarian aid to Gaza. However, he quickly backtracked in a session before Parliament the very next day.

“This is an affront to democracy and an indication of a weak and decaying government's descent into authoritarianism.”

The demonstrators, mostly young, demand an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and that the British government stop arming the Israeli regime.
