US-Israeli genocide in Gaza

The US-Israeli genocide in Gaza continues to claim more Palestinian lives as the Israeli military pounds the blockaded territory with more aerial and artillery attacks. In one of the deadliest strikes, at least 10 Palestinians, including women and children, were killed after Israeli warplanes bombed a residential building in Jabalia, northern Gaza. In central Gaza, the Israeli airstrike on a Palestinian home in the Nuseirat refugee camp left several Palestinians dead and a number of others injured. Meanwhile, the Israeli military shelled the al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, leaving at least seven Palestinians dead. The Israeli aggression which began in October last year, has so far killed more than 45,200 and injured over 107,500 others.

Yemen retaliation

The Yemeni army has carried out a fresh anti-Israel operation, targeting Tel Aviv in support of the people of Gaza. Saree was speaking minutes after the Israeli military confirmed the failure of the regime’s air defense system to intercept the missile launched from Yemen. Israeli media reported that at least 30 people were injured in the aerial strike. In recent months, the Yemeni armed forces have carried out numerous operations against Israel and in support of Palestinians in Gaza.

US arming Taiwan

US President, Joe Biden, allocates military aid to Taiwan totaling around 571 million dollars, as the Democratic leader prepares to leave office ahead of the January inauguration of Donald Trump. The White House has, in a brief statement, said Biden authorized the funds to provide military assistance to Taiwan. It didn't provide details of the military assistance package. While the US does not have formal diplomatic relations with Taiwan, it is the Asian island’s most significant international backer and arms supplier. China has repeatedly demanded Washington stop selling weapons to Taipei, which it claims as its territory. Beijing has warned that it is prepared to use military force to keep its territory united.
