A Hezbollah rocket attack on a military base in northern occupied territories has killed one Israeli soldier and wounded three others.

The regime acknowledged Tuesday that the attack targeted its soldiers camp.

On October 13, Lebanon’s resistance movement carried out a drone strike on an Israeli military site in northern occupied territories, killing at least four soldiers and wounding scores of others.

Hezbollah fighters also carried out a drone attack on Saturday on Benjamin Netanyahu’s holiday residence in Caesarea.

The drone struck the bedroom window of Netanyahu’s residence, creating a gaping hole in the side of the house and causing additional damage.

Netanyahu was not in the vicinity at the time of the attack.

Hezbollah spokesman Mohammad Afif said at a press conference that the resistance “claims responsibility for the Caesarea operation.”

Afif said that Netanyahu was lucky to survive the drone attack, but “the coming days and nights and the [battle] fields are between us.”

He was apparently suggesting that the resistance might carry out similar operations in the future.

He also said that the regime has taken hostage a number of resistance fighters, without providing any details.

“I know that the enemy is not committed to the ethics of war and international conventions, but it bears the responsibility of preserving the lives of the captives.”

Afif also urged the Red Cross to ascertain their safety.
