How Operation Al-Aqsa Flood changed the resistance-occupation equation forever

“Let all flags unite, let all fronts come together, and let all arenas be opened, for one goal and a great, noble, and sacred purpose, which is to liberate Palestine and return it to the bosom of Islam. Our meeting with you is in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, liberated and purified, God willing, and that is not difficult for God.”

These are the words of the commander-in-chief of Al-Qassam Brigades, Mohammed Deif, immediately after the Gaza-based Hamas resistance movement launched the unprecedented Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7, taking the Israeli regime and its Western allies by complete surprise.

On that day, the brave Palestinian resistance humiliated the occupying regime and shattered its fake image of military and intelligence invincibility.

October 7th will go down in history as the day of freedom for the oppressed Palestinian people and a milestone in the annals of the liberation struggle.

It is a day the oppressed Palestinians and supporters of freedom and justice will always celebrate. 

It’s important to look at the achievements of the historic military operation that came in response to decades of occupation, oppression, subjugation, and settler-colonialism of the Tel Aviv regime.

Operation Al-Aqsa Flood brought the Palestinian struggle to the forefront of world public opinion. The racist apartheid Zionist criminals occupying Palestine wanted the Palestinian struggle to be consigned to oblivion and be forgotten.

This operation canceled that plot and re-launched the longstanding Palestinian struggle for freedom.

Operation Al-Aqsa Flood Operation exposed some Arab traitors who had betrayed Palestine and the Palestinian cause. Their corrupt rulers were normalizing ties with the genocidal Israeli regime even though the regime was killing innocent Palestinian civilians even then.

The October 7 operation revealed the real identity of this West-backed occupation to the world. It showed that they are heartless, bloodthirsty, cruel and sadistic.

They murdered doctors, nurses, journalists, and civil defense officials in cold blood. They destroyed more than 800 mosques and 3 churches; one of those churches was among the oldest in the world.

They bombed and destroyed all the hospitals in the besieged territory. And they killed babies and children. These Zionist barbarians brutally murdered more than 16,000 innocent children in Gaza in just one year, many of them infants who were born and killed amid war.

Operation Al-Aqsa Flood strengthened the led Axis of Resistance. All the factions of the Axis have since last October carried out operations against the genocidal regime in solidarity with Gaza.

From the Islamic Republic of Iran to the brave Hezbollah resistance movement in Lebanon to the honorable people of Yemen and the vibrant Iraqi resistance, all those who are the real supporters of the Palestinian resistance have come together against the US-backed Zionist entity.

Operation Al-Aqsa Flood also brought all Palestinians under one banner in the war against the Israeli regime. All the Palestinian resistance factions are today united in the fight against the historic injustice of occupied Palestine despite all the evil Israeli machinations.

Operation Al-Aqsa Flood exposed those Muslim countries that have secret diplomatic and trade ties with the Israeli regime and have enabled more than 76 years of illegal occupation of Palestine.

It also exposed the secret relationship between some Arab rulers and the illegitimate Zionist regime.

This historic operation exposed the genocidal evilness of the evil American empire and the UK regime for the whole world to see. Almost all the bombs that the Israeli child killers have used to murder the nearly 42,000 innocent Palestinian civilians were given to them by the Americans.

The US talk about human rights is all empty rhetoric. The US regime is the sworn enemy of human rights, especially in Muslim-majority countries. Every day the genocidal Israeli child killers murder more than 100 innocent Palestinians, including children, with bombs made and supplied by the US.

The operation on October 7 last year heralded the end of Western civilization that is rooted in genocide, slavery, plunder of the resources of other countries, apartheid and chronic racism.

The whole world is today witnessing the genocidal manifestation of Western civilization in the Israeli genocide in Gaza. The murderous actions of the Israeli child killers occupying Palestine are now known to the whole world. This genocidal evilness is unmatched in the whole world.

What this operation did was change the equation between the occupier and the occupied forever.
