Sept. 20: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 41,300 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Thursday, September 20, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on Sept. 20:

  • Targeted a D9 military bulldozer with an Al-Yassin 105 shell near the eastern George junction in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted a Merkava tank with an Al-Yassin 105 shell east of the Al-Tanour neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Attacked a group of Israeli forces barricaded inside a house east of the Al-Tanour neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, using a TBG anti-fortification shell and an anti-personnel shell.
  • Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces east of the Al-Tanour neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on Sept. 20:

  • Fired a heavy barrage of bullets at a bus carrying Israeli settlers near the "Dotan" settlement in Jenin, occupied West Bank.
  • Destroyed a Merkava tank with a Thaqib explosive device during its incursion into the Al-Jeneina neighborhood, east of Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Engaged in intense clashes with Israeli forces at the Al-Rawdah College front in Nablus, occupied West Bank, using bullets and explosive devices.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades' operations on Sept. 20:

  • Detonated an anti-armor shell on an Israeli armored vehicle in the Al-Tanour neighborhood, east of Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted Israeli forces' supply lines in the “Netzarim” area in north-central Gaza with a barrage of 107mm Aqsa rockets.
  • Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers at the “Fajjah” military site with an Asif missile, 122mm caliber.
  • Bombarded Israeli forces' supply lines in the "Be'eri" settlement with a barrage of 120mm mortar shells.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces' operations on Sept. 20:

  • Detonated an explosive device on a "Namer" armored personnel carrier near the Return Roundabout in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.

Hezbollah's operations on Sept. 20:

  • Targeted an Israeli military position at the “Metulla” site with a guided missile.
  • Attacked the main air defense base of the Northern Command at the “Beria” barracks with a barrage of Katyusha rockets.
  • Targeted the air and missile defense headquarters of the Israeli military at the “Keila” barracks with Katyusha rockets.
  • Bombarded the headquarters of the 188th Armored Brigade of the 36th Division at the Al-Aleeqa Barracks with Katyusha rockets.
  • Targeted the rocket and artillery battalion headquarters at the “Yoav” barracks with Katyusha rockets.
  • Fired a barrage of Katyusha rockets at the “Yarden” barracks, targeting the headquarters of the Golan Division combat group.
  • Bombarded the headquarters of the 210th Golan Division at “Nafah” with Katyusha rockets.
  • Attacked the newly established headquarters of the 91st Division at “Ayelet Hashahar” with Katyusha rockets.
  • Targeted the Northern Corps Command at the “Ein Zeitim” base with Katyusha rockets.
  • Attacked the main Israeli intelligence headquarters responsible for assassinations in the northern region at the “Mishar” base with Katyusha rockets.
  • Targeted the headquarters of the Air Surveillance and Operations Management Unit at the “Meron” base with Katyusha rockets.
  • Struck the main Israeli intelligence headquarters responsible for assassinations at the “Mishar” base for the second time with Katyusha rockets.
  • Bombarded the Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with rockets.
  • Targeted the Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with rockets.
  • Attacked a gathering of Israeli forces and a Merkava tank at the “Abu Dajaj Heights” with appropriate weapons.
  • Fired artillery shells at the “Abu Dajaj Heights.”
