Jan. 12: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid the West-backed Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 46,600 Palestinians so far, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations by the resistance groups on Saturday, January 11, are as follows:

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on Jan. 12:

  • Fighters in the Jaba' Company in Jenin, occupied West Bank, targeted a bus carrying Israeli settlers that was accompanied by a convoy of Israeli military vehicles with heavy gunfire.
  • Raided an Israeli special force that was holed up in Jabalia camp, northern Gaza Strip, and also targeted a Merkava vehicle that had penetrated the central Beit Lahia project.

Mujahideen Brigades' operations on Jan. 12:

  • Targeted a command and control headquarters of the Israeli military in the "Netzarim Axis" with Hasib 111 rockets.

Yemeni military’s operations on Jan. 12:

  • Targeted the American aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman and several of its accompanying warships in the northern Red Sea with multiple cruise missiles and drones. This marks the fifth time the carrier has been targeted since it arrived in the Red Sea.
