Aug 31: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 40,700 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Saturday, August 31, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on August 31:

• In a joint operation with Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades, targeted an Israeli military D9 military bulldozer with a tandem shell in the vicinity of Al-Quds Open University in Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
• Targeted an Israeli military force in the town of Kafr Dan, west of the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, with appropriate weapons. 

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on August 31:

• Targeted Israeli forces on the Al-Mayhoub axis in the city of Jenin, occupied West Bank, with a heavy barrage of bullets. 
• In a joint operation with Al-Qassam Brigades, sniped an Israeli soldier in the area of advance in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.
• In a joint operation with the Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces, targeted Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles in the "Netzarim" axis with a number of heavy-caliber mortar shells.
• Sniped an Israeli soldier in the vicinity of the Saqallah Mosque on Tutah Street south of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades' operations on August 31:

• Targeted a gathering of Israeli occupation forces that stormed the new Askar Camp in the city of Nablus, occupied West Bank, using highly explosive devices.
• Targeted gatherings of Israeli soldiers in the "Fajjah" military site with a barrage of K132 rockets and 144 mm caliber shells. 
• Targeted the supply lines of the Israeli forces on the "Netzarim" axis with an Asif rocket.
• Engaged in fierce clashes with the Israeli forces that had penetrated the Al-Damj neighborhood in the city of Jenin, occupied West Bank, using machine guns. 
• Killed an Israeli soldier in the well-executed ambush in the Al-Damj neighborhood area of Jenin Camp, occupied West Bank. 
• Engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces that had penetrated the town of Kafr Dan, south of Jenin, using machine guns and explosive devices.

Mujahideen Brigades' operations on August 31:

• Targeted an Israeli infantry force in the vicinity of Jenin camp - Horse Roundabout - with machine guns and fired directly on the members of the force.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces' operations on August 31:

• In a joint operation with Al-Quds Brigades, targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles in the west of the "Netzarim" axis with a number of heavy-caliber mortar shells
• Targeted a gathering of Israeli forces that had infiltrated the vicinity of Salah al-Din Gate in central Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, with mortar shells.

Hezbollah's operations on August 31:

• Targeted the Al-Marj site with rockets. 
• Carrier out an aerial attack with a squadron of attack drones on the command center of the “Sahel” Battalion at the “Beit Hillel” base. 
• Targeted the Birkat Risha site with appropriate weapons. 
• Targeted the “Branit” barracks with rockets. 
• Targeted the Zebdine site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with rockets.
• Targeted the Ramtha site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba Hills with rockets.

Yemeni military's operations on August 31:

• Carried out a military operation targeting the ship "GROTON" in the Gulf of Aden with missiles and drones as it violated the decision prohibiting entry of vessels into the ports of occupied Palestine.
