Aug 11: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 39,900 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Sunday, August 11, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on August 11:  

  • Shot dead an Israeli soldier from point-blank range near the settlement of "Mehola" in the northern Jordan Valley in the occupied West Bank and returned safely to their bases.
  • In a joint operation with the Al-Quds Brigades, sniped an Israeli soldier with a "Ghoul" sniper rifle in the Al-Zana area east of Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip.
  • Detonated a powerful explosive ground device on an Israeli infantry force in the Al-Nahda neighborhood east of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted Israeli forces fortified inside a building with a TBG shell in the Western Camp of the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted an Israeli troop carrier with an Al-Yassin 105 shell in the "Zalata" area east of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on August 11:

  • In a joint operation with the fighters of Al-Qassam Brigades, sniped an Israeli soldier in the Al-Zana area east of Khan Younis city, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted a group of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles with a barrage of mortar shells in the Al-Zana area, east of Khan Younis city, southern Gaza Strip.
  • Targeted a group of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles in the Abu Hadaf neighborhood, northeast of Khan Younis city, southern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of mortar shells.
  • Targeted a command center of the Israeli military in the vicinity of Hill 86 "Al-Kurd" northeast of Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip. with several "Ababil" explosive projectiles.
  • Targeted Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles northeast of Khan Younis city, southern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of mortar shells.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on August 11:

  • Targeted gatherings of Israeli forces in the Yabna camp, south of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip with standard 60-caliber mortar shells.
  • Targeted positions of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles in the Abu Hadaf neighborhood, northeast of Khan Younis city, southern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of mortar shells.
  • Targeted Israeli military gatherings and a concentration of their vehicles around the Rafah Crossing with standard 60mm mortar shells.

Martyr Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades’ operations on August 11:

  • Targeted Israeli army command and control headquarters stationed in the Swedish Village west of Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip, with mortar shells.

Martyr Omar al-Qasim Brigades’ operations on August 11:

Targeted Israeli forces around the Japanese Garden in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip, with mortar shells.

Hezbollah’s operations on August 11:

  • Targeted the ‘Marj’ military site with artillery shells.
  • Targeting the position of Israeli soldiers at the Rahib site with appropriate weapons
  • Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the Birkat Risha site with rockets.
  • Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of “Metat” barracks with rockets.
  • Targeted Israeli military surveillance equipment at the Malikiyah site with an assault drone.
  • Targeted surveillance equipment at the Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with appropriate weapons.
  • Targeted the Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Kfar Shuba hills with rockets.
  • Targeted Israeli soldiers at the “Malikiyah” site with an assault drone.
  • Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers at the Jardah point with artillery shells.
