Aug 4: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 39,600 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Sunday, August 4, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on August 4:

• Launched a barrage of rockets toward "Gan Yavne" and Asdod settlements in response to the massacres committed against the Palestinian people and resistance leaders.

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on August 4:

• In a joint operation with the Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces, targeted the "Nahal Oz" site and the "Beeri" settlement with a barrage of rockets.
• Sniped an Israeli soldier near the Community College in Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades' operations on August 4:

• Targeted Israeli military gatherings and a convoy of military vehicles positioned on the "Netzarim" axis with two 107mm rockets.
• Targeted Israeli military gatherings stationed in the vicinity of the Rafah crossing, southern Gaza Strip, with two 107mm rockets.
• In a joint operation with the Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces, targeted the supply line of the Israeli forces in the "Netzarim" axis with heavy-caliber mortar shells.

Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces' operations on August 4:

• Targeted the "Nahal Oz" site and "Beeri" settlement with a rocket barrage in a joint operation with Al-Quds Brigades.
• In a joint operation with the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, targeted the supply line of the Israeli forces in the "Netzarim" axis with heavy-caliber mortar shells.

Al-Nasser Salah Al-Din Brigades' operations on August 4

• Targeted the Israeli military site of "Kissufim" east of the central governorate with 107mm rockets.

Hezbollah's operations on August 4:

• Beit Hillel settlement was targeted for the first time with Katyusha rockets.
• Surveillance equipment at the Ramia site was targeted with appropriate weapons.
• The Birkat Risha site was targeted with artillery shells.
• The Al-Manara site was targeted with a barrage of missiles.
• The Al-Malikiyah site was targeted with artillery shells.
• Military building in the Al-Manara settlement was targeted with appropriate weapons.

Yemeni military's operations on August 4:

• Downed an American MQ9 drone while it was carrying hostile acts in the airspace of Saada Governorate with a locally-made surface-to-air missile. 
• Targeted the Groton ship in the Gulf of Aden with a barrage of ballistic missiles for not complying with the ban on entry to ports of occupied Palestinian territories.
