Aug 1: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 39,500 Palestinians so far, the majority of them children, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.
The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Thursday, August 31, are as follows:
Al-Qassam Brigades' operations on August 1:
- Targeted an Israeli military force fortified inside two buildings with several anti-personnel shells, followed by intense clashes using machine guns in the vicinity of the University College in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
- Targeted an Israeli military infantry force and their military vehicles with an anti-personnel shell in the vicinity of the University College in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades' operations on August 1:
- Sniped an Israeli soldier in the vicinity of the Barcelona area in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City.
- Carried out an artillery and rocket attack on the command and control positions of the Israeli military in the Netzarim axis.
Al-Quds Brigades' operations on August 1:
- Detonated a pre-rigged building housing an Israeli infantry force near Dahdouh Roundabout in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City.
- In a joint operation with Al-Qassam Brigades, targeted an Israeli military vehicle with an anti-armor shell in the Abu Al-Saber area of the Al-Shaboura camp in Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip.
- Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and military vehicles using a barrage of "Ababil" explosive projectiles and heavy-caliber mortar shells, south of the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza City.
- In a joint operation with Al-Qassam Brigades, engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces in the Shaboura camp in Rafah city, southern Gaza Strip.
Al-Asifah Forces' operations on August 1:
- Targeted a gathering of Israeli forces and a convoy of their military vehicles using mortar shells on the supply line in the Netzarim axis, south of Gaza City.
Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces' operations on August 1:
- Detonated an anti-personnel explosive device targeting an Israeli military force advancing in the Al-Barahma neighborhood, west of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
