Gaza suffers from starvation
According to the UN food security phase classification, IPC, around half a million Palestinians in Gaza are grappling with food insecurity.
This means more than one-fifth of Gaza's population. The Gaza Strip remains at high risk of famine as Israel's genocidal war on the Palestinian territory persists with limited access to badly-needed humanitarian aid.
