Hailing Operation Al-Aqsa Flood

The Leader of Iran’s Islamic Revolution says the Al-Aqsa Flood operation was a decisive blow to Israel and the regime will not be able to recover from it. The leader added that the US, Israel and some regional countries were hatching a major plot to change regional equations and the October 7 operation offset that plot. Ayatollah Khamenei also said the operation al-Aqsa Flood exactly followed repeated calls by the late founding father of Islamic Republic on Palestinians to take action to secure their rights. The leader was addressing a ceremony to mark the 35th anniversary of the passing of the late imam. In the comments, Ayatollah Khamenei also hailed the late Iranian president’s work and described Ebrahim Raeisi as a martyr for service.

US-Israeli genocide in Gaza

It’s day 241 of the US-Israeli genocide in Gaza; the regime continues with its airstrikes and artillery fire on the blockaded territory. In one of the latest attacks, a Palestinian woman and her child were killed after Israeli warplanes bombed residential buildings west of Gaza city. In the south of the city, Israeli airstrikes left at least four Palestinians dead and several others injured. Elsewhere in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, four Palestinians were also killed and several others injured in the Israeli bombing. Meanwhile, the regime’s military is targeting areas east of Gaza city with artillery fire. Over two dozen Palestinians have been killed by air raids and artillery shells since Monday morning. According to Gaza health officials, the death toll from the onslaught now stands at over 36,430 since early October. Over 82,000 people have also been injured since then.

Iraqi resistance retaliates

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq says it has conducted new retaliatory strikes on Israeli positions in the occupied territories. In a statement, the umbrella group of resistance factions said it used drones to attack a vital Israeli target in Haifa. The group says the operations are in response to the Israeli massacre of Palestinian civilians in Gaza, including women, children and the elderly. The Iraqi group has vowed to continue retaliatory attacks on Israeli targets. It has also hit American military bases in Iraq and neighboring Syria in retaliation for Washington’s support for the Israeli genocide in Gaza.
