Hezbollah support for Gaza

The Leader of Lebanon’s Resistance movement, Hezbollah has condemned US support for Israel that emboldens the regime to continue with its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said, the United States by vetoing anti-Israel resolutions at UN Security Council and threatening to sanction anyone supporting Palestine is enabling Israel to commit more crimes. However Nasrallah says the pressures by the US-led West cannot justify the silence and inaction of the international community regarding the ongoing atrocities in Gaza. Elsewhere in his remarks, The Hezbollah chief praised Yemenis’ operation against Israel as an example of the regional resistance against the occupying regime. He said the Israeli regime is a cancerous tumor that has no future in the region and will be removed by the resistance front.

Global solidarity with Gaza

People have staged fresh rallies in several countries around the globe to express solidarity with the Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip. In Indonesia, the people gathered outside the US embassy in Jakarta to denounce Washington’s support for Israel. The protesters called for boycott of the Israeli regime and the arrest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In Jordan, protesters took to the streets of the capital Amman as part of their weekly protest, to condemn the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza. The demonstrators called on the entire Jordanian population to rise up in support of the Palestinians. In France, thousands gathered in the capital Paris to call for an end to the Israeli onslaught. They demanded the international community to facilitate the flow of humanitarian aid into Gaza. A similar rally was also held in Morocco, with protesters calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
