A large number of people are being evacuated from Ukraine's Kherson region following the explosion of a dam there.
Ukrainian authorities say more than 40,000 people are in danger of being flooded. 17,000 of them have been evacuated. The rest are in the Russian-held side of the river and need to be evacuated as well.
Kiev blames Moscow for the explosion of Kakhovka dam on Dnipro River while Moscow says western countries linking negative incidents to Russia is all part of a psychological warfare.
