The chief commander of the Iranian Army says the world is witnessing the clear signs of the Israeli regime’s collapse and the breakdown of the hegemonic system.
Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi made the remark in a ceremony to unveil the indigenously-manufactured military weapons and equipment in the Iranian capital of Tehran on Tuesday, which was attended by a number of senior commanders of the Army's Ground Force.
Mousavi lauded the Islamic Republic’s success in foiling enemies’ plots, improving and promoting relations with neighbors, developing and strengthening strategic ties with two major world powers, creating a balance of power in West Asia, and fighting a tough, complicated and serious psychological war.
“We are witnessing the chaos and confusion in the hegemonic system, and especially, the signs of the collapse and disintegration of the Zionist regime,” the chief commander of the Iranian Army underlined.
Mousavi said the Iranian Army, under the prudent guidance of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, has full intelligence control over developments, monitors threats, and employs modern technologies and scientific capabilities of the universities, knowledge-based companies, and defense industries to prepare whatever necessary for its missions.
“In order to maintain peace, stability, independence, security and ... the Islamic establishment, one of the most important components is the domestic military might as well as self-reliance,” Mousavi added, while commenting on the new homegrown equipment that jointed the Army’s Ground Force.
The Iranian Army’s Ground Force on Tuesday took delivery of over 1,000 new domestically-built military equipment and weapons in the fields of armor, artillery, rockets, drones, helicopters and electronic warfare.
The Iranian Army's Ground Force on Tuesday unveiled its first indigenously-manufactured jammer drone, which is designed to disrupt the communication between hostile unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and their controllers.
Mohajer 6 jammer drone, equipped with a high-tech system capable of transmitting interfering radio signals, was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi, the chief commander of the Iranian Army, and a number of senior commanders of the Army's Ground Force on Tuesday.
