Iran-Afghanistan permanent trade center has been opened in the capital Kabul. The center is in line with the two countries’ policies of expanding bilateral ties and connecting business people of the two neighboring states.
During the opening ceremony, Afghanistan’s Minister of Industry and Commerce highlighted the country’s expectations about trade between the two countries.
With the opening of this center in Kabul and its capabilities, it is believed that the Taliban government in Afghanistan is providing a platform for more economic connections between the Tehran and Kabul.
The center has great capabilities which can have great effects on rebuilding Afghanistan and the war-torn country’s infrastructure.
Iranian and Afghan officials hope that the center helps advance the export goals of the two countries. They highlighted that the development of sustainable trade and exports is the most important task of this center in Kabul.
Many believe the opening of such Trade Centers will have positive effects on Afghanistan’s economy that has taken a lot of damage due to years of political and financial instability.
