A new research shows the United States has waged 400 wars since its founding in 1776.
The research titled "Introducing the Military Intervention Project: A New Dataset on US Military Interventions, 1776–2019," has revealed that over a quarter of the United States’ military aggressions occurred in the post-Cold War era and mainly targeted West Asian and African nations.
The study says Washington’s military adventures became “overwhelmingly commonplace” and resulted in “higher hostility levels” after 9/11 terror attacks in New York.
