Floodwaters inundate southern Chinese city as heavy downpours continue

Flood inundates streets and neighborhoods in the southern Chinese city of Shaoguan after the city witnessed the heaviest rainfall in decades.

The city government issued a red flood alert- the most serious- Tuesday morning.
