NBA: Miami Heat 112-99 Chicago Bulls

NBA’s Miami Heat has cemented the top spot in the Eastern Conference after beating the Chicago Bulls 112-99 at home.

The Heat opened up a 9-point lead in the opening quarter, and It was a neck and neck contest in the 2nd quarter, finishing at 25-apiece. So the Heat still had the advantage at the Break. The hosts managed to widen the gap to a massive 24 points in the 3rd quarter before The Bulls tried a comeback in the 4th, with a 32-21.

But could only cut the deficit to 13 points and was Miami’s 41st victory of the season. The Heat will fly to Milwaukee to line up against the defending champions the Bucks on Wednesday whereas the Bulls will travel to Atlanta to meet the Hawks on Thursday.
