NBA’s Chicago Bulls have cemented their second place in the Eastern conference after dispatching the San Antonio Spurs 120-109 at the United Center.
The hosts were the better side in the opener by taking it 29-27 and despite the second quarter tied at 30-apiece, they went to their locker room with a 69-67 advantage.
However, the Spurs took the upper hand after the break as they beat the Bulls 32-24 in the third quarter to open up a 6-point lead.
But the Bulls flipped the script in the final by hammering the visitors 37-20 to register their 11-point overall victory. DeMar DeRozan was the best player of the game after pocketing 40 points for Chicago.
