Valencia have rallied from two goals down to steal a 4-3 victory at Levante, while extending the hosts record-breaking winless run to a jaw-dropping 26 La Liga matches.
Despite all the odds, Levante raced to a 2-0 lead early on as Jose Campanya and Roger Marti scored three minutes apart.
Valencia’s push for a goal finally paid off on the stroke of half time with Goncalo Guedes rippling the net with a thunderous shot.
Carlos Soler leveled it up with a 50th minute spot kick before completing the turn around with 18 minutes left.
Guedes then gifted Valencia a breathing space with an empty net goal while a stoppage time strike by Enis Bardhi was not enough to avoid the defeat.
The result helped Valencia leapfrog Barca into 7th place while Levante are rooted to the bottom on just 18 points after 18 games.
