A look at the NBA, the Milwaukee Bucks have won their 7th straight home game with a 124-102 defeat of the Miami Heat.
Having scored more than 30 points in each of the first 3 quarters, the Bucks were 105-76 up and the 29-point advantage was more than enough to ensure the victory. Milwaukee played without injured Giannis Antetokounmpo for a second straight game but Khris Middleton stepped up in his absence and scored 22 points. On the other side, Max Strus tallied 25 points for Miami who have dropped three of their last four games.
Meanwhile in a battle at the top of the Eastern Conference, the Chicago Bulls earned a 111-107 victory at the Brooklyn Nets.
Facing an 82-79 deficit after 3 quarters, the Bulls turned it around on Ayo Dosunmu's jumper for an 87-86 lead and never looked back again. Zach LaVine led Chicago with 31 points and DeRozan contributed 29 as the Bulls posted a 3rd successive win.
Kevin Durant collected 28 points for the Nets, who remained in the pole position despite the loss. There were also wins for the Spurs, the Grizzlies, the Celtics and the Kings on Saturday night.
