The assassination of a prominent Iranian nuclear scientist, coupled with the sending of the USS Nimitz to the Persian Gulf sets the stage for what could be a very dangerous scenario in that region.

Ostensibly the Nimitz is there to cover US withdrawal from Iraq, but whether that will happen or not, especially if Trump is not successful in contesting the theft of the election by the Biden campaign, we will see as far as the assassination goes, it's very disturbing that Trump would have retweeted a message approving of the assassination.

There's very strong reason to think that the Israelis are behind the killing. And that the Iranians will respond to this in some way and perhaps Mr. Netanyahu thinks that Mr. Trump will have no choice but to support him in whatever dangerous adventure he chooses to embark on.

For Trump especially given the very delicate situation of US politics right now domestically, for him to go down that road would be disastrous, not only for our country but for the world.
