Primoz Roglic has reclaimed the Red Jersey after sprinting to a hat-trick of wins on stage 10 of the Vuelta a Espana.

The Slovenian claimed his 3rd victory of this year’s Spanish Grand Tour, after surging clear of the rest of the field in an uphill bunch-sprint, to take the victory and pull level with Richard Carapaz at the top of the General Classification standings. However, it’ll be Roglic who wears the Red Jersey, due to his stage-win superiority over the Ecuadorian Felix.

Felix Groshartner and Andrea Bagioli finished the stage 2nd and 3rd respectively. Vuelta will now heads into a big weekend in the mountains, starting with a 170 km stage 11 on Saturday.
