France: Police use tear gas on Yellow Vests protesters in Lyon

The 16th Yellow Vests march in Lyon ended with police launching tear gas at the protesters on Saturday.

Footage shows protesters engulfed in clouds of tear gas, while riot police with dogs tried to disperse the crowds.

The Yellow Vests protests started in November 2018 against a proposed fuel tax hike but have since evolved into a movement opposing the Macron administration as a whole.
