Iranian cyclist Arvin Moaz’zami Goudarzi has demonstrated good race readiness and commendable performance at the 2018 Asian Road and Para Cycling Championships in Myanmar, and took home a bronze medal.
On Saturday, Moaz’zami Goudarzi competed against his rivals in the men’s road race individual time trial, and completed the 42-kilometer (26.1-mile) race in 50:52 to sit in the third place.
Hong Kong’s Cheung King-lok snatched the gold medal after he finished the line in 49 minutes and 53 seconds – three seconds ahead of old rival Choe Hyeong-min of South Korea.
The 2018 Asian Road and Para Cycling Championships kicked off in Myanmar’s capital city of Nay Pyi Taw on February 6, and will conclude on February 12, 2018.
The tournament has brought together dozens of male and female cyclists from various Asian countries, including Hong Kong, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, the Philippines and South Korea.
