Iraq Parliament majority refuses delay of elections

Iraqi lawmakers are debating whether or not to postpone parliamentary elections slated for May 12. Some political blocs have demanded the postponement of the election in order to allow hundreds of thousands of displaced people to return home to cast their ballots.
