Former WH aide dresses as Trump son-in-law for Halloween

A former speechwriter for former US President Barack Obama has dressed as the current US president’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, for Halloween, while he is seen handcuffed to his wife, dressed as Ivanka Trump.

Jon Favreau tweeted out a photo of his costume, which mimics when Donald Trump’s son-in-law and White House senior adviser (pictured below) was wearing a flak jacket over his blazer and khakis during a trip to Iraq.

In light of reports that special counsel Robert Mueller has filed his first charges in the Trump-Russia investigation, Favreau wrote in his tweet:"Early case of the Mondays?" referring to reports that Mueller's indictment could possibly result in an arrest on Monday.

It's still unknown who the subject of Mueller's indictment or possible arrest is. CNN reported on Saturday that a grand jury had approved the first indictments in the investigation, and that whoever is named in that indictment could be taken into custody as soon as Monday.

It is possible that Kushner could be a target of those indictments, though nothing is yet known about the person who could potentially become subject to detention.

Favreau was Obama's chief speechwriter ever since the former president was a senator. He stayed on that job during Obama’s first term as president. He left the White House in 2013, became a columnist for the Daily Beast and ultimately started a political podcast, Keepin' It 1600, with several other alumni of the Obama administration.

The podcast was renamed Pod Save America after the election and Trump has been a frequent target of its criticisms.
