An analyst believes Washington’s decision to pull out of the UN Organization for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO) is a “ridiculous” position to take in foreign policy.
“And why they are doing this is to show their disrespect [for] the United Nations and so rather than continuing trying to pull out of the UN, they pull out of agencies that are very significant and UNESCO certainly is one of them,” Mike Gravel, a former US senator told Press TV in an interview on Friday.
