Political uncertainty threatens EU economy

The rise of anti-EU populist political parties threatens the bloc's economic future, according to the European Commission. The Commission has just published its Winter Economic Forecast which suggests that Brexit and US President Donald Trump's protectionist policies could also negatively impact the EU's finances.
