Kashmiris demand justice than compensation to victims' families

The local government in Indian-controlled Kashmir has offered cash compensation to families of those killed by security forces in 2016. But as our correspondent Shahana Butt reports, the victims’ families have flatly rejected the offer and instead asked for justice to be served.
