Anniversary of Sheikh Nimr execution marked in London

Campaigners in London mark the first anniversary of the illegal execution of Saudi cleric Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr with a vigil outside the Saudi Embassy. While commemorating the work of Sheikh Nimr, the ralliers were also keen to highlight the situation of other dissidents threatened with execution in Saudi Arabia, including Nimr-al Nimr’s own nephew, Ali Mohammed Baqir al-Nimr.
