Nigeria facing aging population challenge

Getting old in Nigeria is becoming a big challenge. Traditional African value of caring for the elderly is fast eroding taken over by the alien western culture. There is no comprehensive social security arrangement that addresses the challenges facing the elderly. Many retired old people die without getting their pension money which is stolen by corrupt Nigerian officials.
