Amid growing outrage over the continuing massacre in Gaza, Pakistan’s capital on Thursday hosted the National Palestine Conference, where prominent leaders of political parties and heads of influential religious groups unanimously declared their intent to wage Jihad — a struggle in defense of the oppressed — against Israel and its chief backer, the United States.
